Beginning in 1974, my dad created a family legacy of exceptional real estate service here in our community with his office Gene Weaver and Associates Prior to accepting a managing broker position at Realty One Group, I worked alongside family in his business licensing in 1982 Nowadays, technology rules and being affiliated with Realty One is amazing with safe technology programs designed specifically with real estate in mind. As a franchise, our 400 offices are throughout Washington and the world – no matter where you want to be, there’s always one of us nearby you can count on My personal team here in town consists of Billie Erickson & Kyle Smith, who also learned from my Dad to provide personal small town style service backed by upscale professional standards, so you’ll find us asking lots of questions so that the best possible service can be given. When selling, you’ll receive personalized attention with exceptional local knowledge due to our 5 generation strong history here. We have the ability to go fully paperless – or if you’re old school and want to avoid computer transactions completely, we can do that too! When buying, we’ll sometimes ask you draw out your dream property and then save it to compare with your final purchase. I’ve been surprised over the years to see how many times they closely match! We’re here to answer questions, problem solve, and assist you in creating your own real estate family legacy.
